1) Making your order
-Email your order to Summer.xiayu@hotmail.my OR
-SMS your order to 014-994-1821 OR
-Inbox us on our Facebook page here. DooDoo-Inspiredbylove
-Please specify your order number and any other details. (Colour, Size, Quantity)
-Please leave us your address and hp number so that we can quote you the total amount including the postage fees.
-After receiving our reply, please proceed to payment by ATM cash/cheque deposit or online transfer.
2) After Payment
-Please notify us by sms after payment. Please state the time and bank used for transaction.
-Wait for our confirmation on receiving the payment.
-Please keep the bank-in slip or reference number for security purposes.
3) Order processing
-We will inform you by sms if the items you ordered is/are out of stock
-We will update your order list after the order is finalised.
-Any money to refund will be made known to buyer. Refunds can be chose to be done through online transfer OR be kept for next transaction OR by cash(ONLY for meet up arrangements).
4) Delivery
- We will inform you either by sms or Facebook inbox. Tracking no will be provided.
